Grant Properties is a property management firm with a small portfolio of luxury multifamily properties. They were looking for a mobile first, responsive, modern website to showcase their properties to potential renters looking for their next homes. We got right to work by building the brand guide with textures, fonts and colors. Then jumped into Sketch and started building out mobile experience. The end result was a clean, easy to use website that allows the user to quickly find the information or media they need in order to make a decision about their next home. This was designed by Josh Kirkland but owned by Resident360.
